Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or piece, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, or items showing signs of wear beyond inspection, are not eligible for return.
International Returns
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
